Refund and Return Policy

Policy: 

  • 12-Hour Cancellation Policy:

Clients must cancel their scheduled classes at least 12 hours in advance.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or loss of class credit.
  • No Shoes at the Studio:

All clients are required to remove their shoes before entering the studio. Pilates exercises are performed barefoot or with grip socks for safety and hygiene reasons.

  • No Cellphone During Class Time:

Clients are kindly requested to refrain from using cellphones or other electronic devices during class. This policy ensures a distraction-free environment and allows everyone to fully focus on their workout.

  • Respect for Others:

Clients should be mindful of others and maintain a respectful and positive atmosphere in the studio. Avoid excessive noise or disruptive behavior that may distract fellow participants.

  • Personal Belongings:

Personal belongings should be stored in designated areas or lockers provided by the studio. The studio is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

  • Arrival Time:

Clients are encouraged to arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled class to ensure a prompt start. Latecomers may not be allowed to join the class to avoid disruption to other participants.

  • Hygiene:

Cleanliness is important in our studio. Please ensure proper personal hygiene before attending classes. Cleaning sprays and wipes are available for use to maintain cleanliness of equipment after use.

  • Injury or Health Conditions:

Clients with any injuries or health conditions should inform the instructor before the class. Modifications and adjustments can be made to accommodate individual needs and ensure safety.

  • Refund Policy:

Refunds may be granted in exceptional circumstances and are subject to the studio’s discretion. Requests for refunds must be made within a specified time frame and in accordance with the studio’s refund policy.

  • Studio Etiquette:

Clients are encouraged to follow the instructions of the instructor and adhere to studio rules and guidelines. Any concerns or feedback should be communicated in a respectful and constructive manner.

  • Privacy Policy:

The studio respects the privacy of its clients and maintains confidentiality of personal information. Client data will only be used for studio-related purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

  • Changes to Policies:

The studio reserves the right to modify or update these policies at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes through the studio’s website or other appropriate channels.
